If your machine is Win 7 or Win 8 , please update the following patches to your machine

Item 3: Click here to download .Net Framework 4.0 (49MB).

Note:

1. For user using Microsoft Windows XP, please upgrade your operating system to at least Microsoft Windows 10.
2. Recommended download speed: 10Mbps.
3. Recommended upload speed: 1Mbps. Click here to do a speed test.
4. For users using Apple Mac OS, you would need to purchase Parallel, and Microsoft Windows OS license (at least Microsoft Windows 10) to run Realtimme Cloud.
5. If you have anti-virus program installed in all your users’ computers, please set exclusion (please watch video here) in it to enhance speed performance or temporary disable memory resident program.
